We are now hiring a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Operation Manager that works in Saint Paul, MN.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

The Operation Manager at PK Property Services must be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking.

The responsibilities of the operations manager include, but not limit to:

• Leading Pk's operations teams in day-to-day activity
• Overseeing all shifts of operation
• Responsible for the overall quality of PK's services and deliverable to customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Reporting to the leadership
• Training of PK Staff, including management
• Monitor and report on department performance
• Leading the management team and aiding day-to-day improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an operations manager or similar role
• Excellent in strategic planning
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• A degree in business is a plus

Compensation:
PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 80K-90K

• Saint Paul, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Operation supervisor: 2-3 years (Preferred)
• Commercial cleaning: 3-5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

• First Shift
