Description:

Responsibilities: Provide business and intangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, corporate services and management planning. Formulate economic arguments and develop models for economic analyses. Execute database searches for intellectual property licensing arrangements using third-party databases. Perform IP valuation analyses using income-based, market-based, and asset-based approaches. Conduct financial and economic analyses addressing clients' intercompany transactions.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Valuations of intangible assets in accordance with FASB and ASC 805; analyzing goodwill and long-lived asset impairment; FASB ASC 360; tpEngine; TP Cube; Alteryx; Moody's RiskCalc; IRC 482; IRC 6662; U.S. GAAP; Residual Profit Split Method (RSPM) models; Comparable Uncontrolled Price (CUP) models; Compustat; and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

Up to 20% travel required to various domestic locations per business need.
