Overview:
A Site Engagement Manager will support the vision and strategy of SE&F through a building new or further enhancing existing site relationships. The Manager will drive site-focused activities that aim to reduce site and patient burden while having a positive impact on overall trial timelines. Working closely with other Development Operations functions as well as other organizations within Genmab, the Site Engagement Manager role will bring a high-touch and clinical trial 'face' with our sites.
Additionally, the Manager may also support on-site and/or remote trial oversight activities (within a region upon request). If regional-level oversight is requested, the Manager will partner with the trial teams and relevant stakeholders to obtain in-depth requirements to support efficient review of the conduct, quality and integrity of the data.
Responsibilities/tasks:
The site engagement representative is expected to forge strong clinical trial related relationships with Genmab sites, understand processes, gaps in process and seek out opportunities to reduce site/patient burden.

$122,000.00---$183,000.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.

It is expected that the employee will:

- Support in creating a RACI between functional areas ensuring a sustainable and scalable operating model.
- Actively brings forward shared learnings for continual process improvement.
- Supports and contributes to operational site engagement tactics to accelerate trial execution, support patient engagement and diversity that ultimately:
- Simplifies and accelerates study activities.
- May serve as an escalation point of contact between cross-functional study teams and site/network alliances for early engagement and ongoing issue resolution.
- Partner closely within Genmab (and CRO as applicable) to ensure a consistent and high-quality Sponsor experience.
- Supports high-quality clinical trial conduct and relationship quality through ongoing review, identification and resolution of issues and risks in partnership with cross-functional trial teams. Supports requested oversight reviews (as applicable), CAPA and audits / inspections for site-based issues.
- Drives established KPIs and provides transparency.
- Assist in facilitating communication and owning or participating in key initiatives.
- Liaise with other cross functional stakeholders.

- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Sponsor Oversight Visits.
- Support preparation, attendance and follow up on audits and inspections.
Competences and Attributes:
Education
Minimum BSc.
Experience
- > 7 yrs direct or indirect industry experience
- > 3 yrs prior experience as a trial manager, CRA, MSL or other site-facing role is required.
- Working knowledge of Health Authority requirements and guidelines and any updates within the GCP area.
- Experience with MS Office and other (relevant) systems/tools.
