Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight of the firm's delivery of legal services, ensuring delivery of quality counsel and best-in-class client service that aligns with the firm's mission, goals and core values.
- Operational Management: Oversee the firm's legal operations, including practice group management, attorney development and execution of the firm's delivery of service.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop the firm's attorneys and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Matters Management: Maintain portfolio of billable matters/accounts.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Compliance: Ensure the firm adheres to all regulatory and ethical standards within the legal industry.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in chosen practice area.
- Strong business development track record.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
