The Opportunity:
Key responsibilities include managing facility improvement projects, optimizing budget and resource allocation, and ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. By leveraging data analytics and best practices, the manager drives strategic facility enhancements that support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems such as EM+ and Titan.
- Manage procurement processes for maintenance supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure integration and data accuracy of maintenance systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with IT as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems administration and procurement, with a focus on maintenance systems.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of maintenance management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and training abilities.
- Experience with system implementation and integration.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
