Manhattan SCALE Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan SCALE Consultant with a strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain operations, and software development. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with Manhattan SCALE, deep expertise in supply chain, retail, or warehouse operations, and 5+ years of hands-on development experience using C# and SQL.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Manhattan SCALE solutions, integrating them with other enterprise systems, and ensuring operational excellence in warehouse and distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Manhattan SCALE for warehouse and distribution operations.
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Manhattan SCALE solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and reports within Manhattan SCALE.
  
• Utilize C# and SQL to customize and extend Manhattan SCALE functionality, including database scripting and application development.
  
• Integrate Manhattan SCALE with ERP, TMS, and third-party automation systems via APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
  
• Optimize warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure smooth post-go-live operations.
  
• Train and collaborate with warehouse managers, IT teams, and key stakeholders on best practices and system usage.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new Manhattan SCALE features to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Manhattan SCALE (SCE/WMS) implementation, configuration, and support.
  
• 10+ years of experience in the supply chain, warehouse, or retail industry with a deep understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C# (.NET) and SQL (T-SQL for Microsoft SQL Server).
  
• Strong experience with Manhattan SCALE integrations (ERP, TMS, automation systems).
  
• Proficiency in SQL scripting, stored procedures, and database optimization for warehouse data management.
  
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE's technical architecture, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize WMS workflows and configurations.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools for warehouse analytics.
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and version control.
  
• Knowledge of automation tools, robotics, and IoT in warehouse environments.
  
• Experience in cloud-based WMS solutions and hybrid deployment models.
