Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester with hands-on experience in ecommerce applications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and a deep understanding of the user journey in online retail platforms.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and regression testing.
Perform manual testing on web and mobile platforms across various devices and browsers.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate features.
Conduct end-to-end testing of eCommerce workflows and ensure data integrity across backend systems
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on potential risks and testability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of manual QA testing experience, preferably in the eCommerce domain.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think from a customer's perspective.
Familiarity with tools like Browserstack, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
Knowledge of backend testing including databases (SQL basics) is a plus.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of automation concepts or tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
Exposure to API testing and tools like Postman or Swagger.
