Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee process sustainment and improvement initiatives to meet quality, productivity, and cost-reduction targets.
- Manage new product development (NPD) transitions, from prototyping to production, ensuring seamless handoffs to operations.
- Develop and track the annual CAPEX budget, providing business case justifications for capital projects.
- Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in discrete manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- CAPEX budgets
