Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product performance, and ensuring the highest quality standards in medical equipment design and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for medical equipment and patient support structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the new product introduction (NPI) process.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks to create detailed design documentation and technical drawings.
• Implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining product reliability and performance.
• Provide technical input for vendor selection and sustaining engineering efforts.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows and equipment layouts for enhanced efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, technical specifications, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.
• Experience with electromechanical design, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and motor selection.
• Familiarity with quality system regulations, safety standards, and risk assessments in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000
