Job Summary
- Program control and delivery, including metrics tracking, cost, Funding, timing, issue resolution, and all other program issues
- Develop and manage project timelines and project reporting. critical path escalation and establish priorities
- Conduct analysis of basic data to draw conclusions and propose new schedule / manpower adjustments to drive priority and efficient execution
- Track progress towards and adherence to program timeline and schedule
- Develop weekly reporting structure and compile weekly reports for senior leadership
- Develop and drive manpower adjustments to deliver projects on time at cost and drive accountability.
- Serve as point of contact for all teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions and priorities are aligned.
