Position Description:

InnovaFlex is seeking a Manufacturing Strategy and Planning Manager. The Manufacturing Strategy and Planning Manager provides technical and analytical support to the operations department as well as factory planning (starts) and shipment to customers. This position involves tracking metrics such as fab moves, cycle time, capacity, chemical usage and using the results as a basis for identifying issues/providing solutions to current and future manufacturing obstacles as well as forecasting. This position will also be responsible for managing a team of Test Dispositions Technicians, as well as providing back-up to the Fab Director.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Factory Planning/Shipments to customer - 35%
  • Manufacturing Metrics - 35%
    • Scenario planning and modeling
    • Material usage / reports and objectives
    • Capacity modeling
  • Report development and maintenance - 10%
  • Manage a team of Test Disposition Techs -20%
    • Feedback on performance through l:1, disciplinary and performance appraisals
    • Support team through collaboration with Test Eng/Mfg. on product priorities/dispositions/issues
    • Employee time tracking, vacations, sick time


Qualifications:
  • High proficiency in teamwork and problem-solving
  • Experience in MS Office, EXCEL is a must, programming experience preferred
  • Understanding of Mfg. Metrics / processes
  • Mfg. Planning experience
  • Strong report writing, technical documentation, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering
  • Back up to Director of Operations
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Manufacturing Metrics Theory - MEDIUM
    • CT analysis / throughput / Takt Time
    • Line balance
    • On time delivery / Lead Time
    • Factory Planning - Medium
  • Prior Factory Planning systems experience preferred
    • MS Office Applications (Word, especially Excel, Outlook) - HIGH
  • Strong EXCEL and spreadsheet modeling is a must
    • MES Systems - MEDIUM
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills - HIGH
    • Programming Language - LOW
  • Experience with various programming languages is a plus

Wages: *$105,654- $125,000, depending on experience

Annual Target Bonus: 15% (prorated first year of employment based on date of hire)

*The salary range provided is an estimate representative of all experience levels. InnovaFlex considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Education:Bachelor's degree: Industrial/ MFG Engineering Discipline / Business, Programming or 8+ years' experience in like discipline preferred

Minimum Experience:

2 - 8 years Semiconductor or similar manufacturing environment
