Piping/Pressure Vessel Project description - Work with Design Engineering, Fixed Equipment Inspectors, Process Engineer, Contract Engineering Firms, NDE Technicians, and other team members to monitor, manage, and improve the Piping/Pressure Vessel Minimum thickness process for the refinery.

FEI Senior Analyst roles and responsibilities
1) Work with *** DE's, FEI Inspectors, Local Subject matter experts, and Refinery Leadership to create new procedures and improve existing procedures to achieve project goals.
2) Work with Process Engineering in determining and documenting process information related to Pressure Vessels and Piping Systems.
3) Work with Drafting and FEI Inspectors to gather field data.
4) Utilize Predix (System of Record) to ensure all data being is accurately updated and run query's for an overall health check of the system.
5) Work with the NDE department to gather thickness data and ensure existing data is accurate.
6) Monitor the Piping/Pressure Vessel Tmin status and report out to leadership weekly utilizing Saleforce/Power BI Tools.
7) Manage and steward enhancements to the Power App Piping Tmin Calculation Tool.
8) Work with overseas contract Engineering firms to monitor and support Pressure Vessel Tmin work.
9) Ensure all PSI information related to Piping/Pressure Vessels is maintained and accurately represents the assets.
10) Provide presentations and training material to Engineering and Fixed Equipment inspectors on process improvements.
11) Utilize Saleforce to monitor, track, and document all piping/pressure Vessel Tmin request.
12) Work with leadership as needed in supporting Manufacturing efforts to improve processes across all refineries.
Minimum job skills or knowledge necessary to perform above mentioned tasks:
1) NBIC, API 510, API 570 (present or past) certification - this will ensure has an understanding and working knowledge of Code documentation, and which Code documents are appropriate for each piece of equipment.
2) Fabrication maintenance mechanic knowledge - minimum 5 year's experience working in an oil refinery as a Fabrication maintenance mechanic.
3) *** Fixed Equipment Reliability (FER) experience - minimum 10 years working with the Chervon FER group or similar organization. This will ensure individual has working knowledge of *** processes (EWO, RIR, Predix, Maximo, Meridium, MOC, etc.).
4) Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) knowledge - Minimum 10 years experience working with NDE companies that have performed equipment inspections to be able to recognize which type NDE was performed by reviewing NDE report.
5) Corrosion phenomena knowledge - recommend corrosion mechanism knowledge in refining.
6) Software skills - should have some typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute); good working knowledge in EXCEL, WORD, Adobe Pro, Saleforce, and Predix.
7) Communications and organizational skills - Must be able to effectively communicate with other personnel and have strong organizational skills.
