What You Can Expect (The Day to Day):

What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a high growth manufacturing environment that understands lean manufacturing concepts 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement methods.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or Operations Management
- Have a proven track record of scheduling, prioritizing, and balancing production with short delivery jobs in a job shop environment that ensures customer expectations are met.
- Demonstrated supervisory abilities that foster a motivated, productive, and quality-focused team, capable of problem-solving and collaborative work.
- And most importantly, enjoys coming to work, being part of a team, and getting "stuff" done.
What You Can Expect (The Day to Day):
- You will take care of all throughput, scheduling, planning and meeting quality metrics within a given product stream.
- You will be the lead at the facility on everything from personnel management to facilities issues and even compliance, ensuring there's appropriate communication and reporting with headquarters.
- Ensure the facility has a proper alignment with the short- and long-term goals of the Company, working cross functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Production Control and Engineering
- Maintain an organized, safe, and productive facility.
- Navigate changes and solutions as needed to meet the changing needs of customers and the organization.
