Responsibilities
The Market Operations Advisor is responsible for overall operations and profitability of nursing centers in a geographic market. This individual is a strategic, visionary leader who identifies and embraces business opportunities that leverage and strengthen nursing center performance within the market.
*Collaborates with clinical, census, marketing, human resources, finance, legal, and other professionals within the market leadership team to develop strategic business plans designed for execution.
*Drives performance through reward systems and provides constructive feedback to spur improved performance and inspires the market team to innovate new and better approaches.
*Creates and supports an environment within the market team whereby performance management is continuous; this includes timely communication and feedback on KPI results, developmental-based conversations, and a clear message that all team members possess an owner's mentality.
*Fosters the conditions for nursing center leaders to be successful in achieving outstanding state/federal survey results and optimizing nursing center CMS Five Star Quality Ratings.

Qualifications
*Must possess a 4-year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Health Administration, Nursing Home Administration licensure preferred.
