Hydronics Market Sales Manager
Duties for the HSM will include managing all sales teams of the branches, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring we are providing the highest level of customer service, improving and developing business processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training of employees, expanding and growing customers, identifying business opportunities and promoting company policies and procedures. The HSM is directly responsible for the growth and profitability of the department, maintaining client relationships, generating new business, ensuring company sustainability, improving company services, and meeting overall goals and objectives.
HSM will oversee all aspects of the Hydronics business for each office in the territory.
Responsibilities
Assisting with yearly budgets
Manage and assign customer accounts
Maintaining a minimum sales performance to achieve territory profitability - $500k contributed GP
Manage daily business operations
Hire/terminate Employees
Train sales team and staff
Evaluate employee performance
Improve revenue
Improve profitability
Manage Commission Splits
Work directly with Executive team to develop and implement growth strategies
Promote company culture and core values
