Overview:
Trumark Homes is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong background in HubSpot, or similar platforms. This position plays a critical role in building, managing, and refining digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions. We seek a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with a strategic mindset and a solid command of marketing technology to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation strategies using platforms like HubSpot, or similar tools to streamline and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement automated workflows, including targeted email campaigns, triggered communications, and personalized content journeys to move leads effectively through the marketing and sales funnels.
- Platform Management: Administer and maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring data accuracy, effective list segmentation, and successful integrations with other systems.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on campaign components like subject lines, CTAs, and content to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives and sales goals. Collaborate with content creators and designers to build visually engaging and high-converting email templates, landing pages, and forms that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Reporting & Insights: Regularly report on campaign performance, analyzing metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement. Provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements and share learnings with the broader team.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant guidelines.
- Training: Educate and train regional marketing teams on best practices and platform usage to increase efficiency and adoption across the organization.
Qualifications/Education:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, specializing in marketing automation and campaign management, with hands-on experience in HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in using marketing automation tools for campaign setup, segmentation, and tracking. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Lasso, Salesforce) and basic HTML for email customization is an advantage.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with a track record of interpreting complex data to optimize campaign performance.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Compensation - $110K - $120K
