Job Description: Maternity Cover ETW for Lead NSW Footwear
We're looking for a Lead Merchant, NSW Footwear. You will be responsible for managing a growing and profitable business in North America. You will lead and own a business for a diverse portfolio of FW products for the entire NA Marketplace.
This role requires the ability to partner with key x-functionally (Planning, Account Merchandising, Marketing and Sales) to ensure consumer-focused merchandising strategy tailored to the geography, build and sell in consumer-focused assortments. Having a strategic vision, strong communication skills to influence a point of view, marketplace & consumer knowledge, and the ability to span multiple seasons will be critical for this role to create impact, fuel healthy growth, and drive results in this key account. Building trust, relationships and a strong team culture while leading with courage through ambiguity will be critical to success.
Looking for an individual with Footwear experience in Retail or Sporting Goods business. Typical Capabilities
Scope: Multiple teams, big projects/ programs, and/or large team presentations.
Complexity: Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates.
Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.
Problem Solving: Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.
Knowledge & Skills: Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the relevant or a related field.
