Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of internal and client-facing firmwide marketing events, both in person and online, as well as various public relations and awards submission initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive event coordination experience, excel at managing multiple demanding projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful event execution.

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of internal and client-facing firmwide marketing events, both in person and online, as well as various public relations and awards submission initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive event coordination experience, excel at managing multiple demanding projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful event execution.
Essential Duties
- Harness your skills to plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor management, food and beverage arrangements, event accreditation, sponsorship coordination, attendance tracking, event promotion, and presentation technology planning.
- Engage with practice groups and the Client Relations Manager to maintain and optimize contact lists and facilitate business development campaigns using Intapp Dealcloud.
- Apply your analytic skills to track and analyze post-event data to improve future planning, prepare comprehensive post-event surveys and summaries, collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Draw on your industry expertise to identify, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors for event-related services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, photography, and promotional materials.
- Employ creativity and originality while creating PowerPoint presentations, developing event programs, and ensuring branding consistency while designing email campaigns, handouts, signage, and other promotional materials to support Firm initiatives.
- Translate the Firm's culture of excellence by working closely with an external PR consultant to proactively identify and manage award and media opportunities; meanwhile, collaborating directly with partners on content, to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Oversee the Firm's blogs by creating, updating, and tracking posts, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the firm's brand.
- Utilize your project management skills to maintain project timelines, event orders, post-event reporting, and stakeholders' meetings.
- Supplement the effectiveness of other administrative departments, such as HR and Recruiting, by assisting with planning efforts related to diversity and talent-focused events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of event planning and marketing experience required.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Experience with PR initiatives and award submissions is a plus.
- Experience with website content management, CRM systems, and blogging platforms is a plus.
