Overview

As our Marketing Lead, you will own our product marketing strategy and execution, ensuring we effectively communicate the value of our products to the right audiences. You'll craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with customers, supports sales enablement, and drives customer acquisition. Additionally, you'll own demand generation and field event execution; operating in a nimble capacity to help expand our pipeline and build brand awareness when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing:
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value propositions to our target audience.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales to build compelling digital and customer-facing collateral. sales collateral, pitch decks, and training materials to empower the sales team.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches and campaigns, partnering closely with product and sales teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market process.

Demand Generation & Field Events:
  • Develop and execute a resource-efficient demand generation strategy that aligns with broader business goals.
  • Design and implement targeted campaigns across digital marketing, content, and email channels, optimizing for efficiency and impact.
  • Plan and manage field events-such as customer roundtables, workshops, and partner engagements-to build relationships and drive engagement.


General Responsibilities
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and customer touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate resources to maximize impact across priorities.


About You
  • You've been there, done that: you've been responsible for marketing at an early-stage startup, navigating the scrappy, fast-paced chaos and turning it into measurable growth.
  • You're a strategic doer: You can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to bring it to life, whether it's crafting campaigns, planning events, or building a killer go-to-market strategy.
  • You're a marketing Swiss Army knife: From product marketing to demand generation to event planning, you're comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears as needed.
  • You love collaboration: You know how to align a room (or a Zoom) full of executives, sales teams, and product folks, ensuring everyone's marching to the same beat.
  • You let the data lead the way: KPIs and analytics are your friends, and you use them to make smart decisions and optimize for impact.
  • You're resourceful and creative: Whether it's testing a bold new idea or making the most of a tight budget, you know how to turn constraints into opportunities.
  • You care about the details: From nailing messaging to orchestrating seamless events, your work reflects a high standard of thoughtfulness and polish.
Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in demand generation and field event planning with measurable impact on pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with the ability to independently update websites and develop collateral.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early stage startup environment
