The Marketing Lead is a creative professional responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the firm's services, enhance its brand reputation, and support business development efforts. This position manages the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, video and multimedia marketing initiatives, and internal communications. As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Lead plays a key support role in helping promote the firm's strategic areas of focus.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop multimedia campaigns for publications and practice groups from conception to completion including analyzing agency recommendations, developing promotional materials and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the development of multimedia content including videos, microsites and podcasts
  • Manage kick-off campaigns, sets, timelines, and expectations for completion of tactics and track results
  • Establish marketing campaign measurements and provide analysis and regular reporting. Evaluate project performance by tracking key performance indicators such as engagement, with Google Analytics, to provide real-time project recommendations for resource allocations
  • Act as the first point of contact with agency vendors, including weekly check-ins for project success, negotiating rates and implementing project builds
  • Develop communications and strategy for internal communications, including but not limited to Legal Operations and products


Position Requirements

Education and Experience

5+ years professional experience in marketing within a B2B environment, ideally in legal or professional services.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strategic thinking, technical/analytical and creative skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Analytical, data-informed decision-maker with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, WordPress, Monday.com and CRM platforms
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer service oriented


We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
