We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Tours team. In this role, you will lead the media execution across our owned and operated marketing placements for robotics fulfillment center tours, including our website, email campaigns, and digital and traditional channels. As a marketing manager for live tours, you will support our go-to-market strategy by building and executing world-class marketing strategies to bring our unique warehouse tour experiences to both business and consumer customers. You will manage successful marketing campaigns for assigned locations and ensure flawless execution from conception to launch. Given the specialized nature of robotics warehouse tours, this function serves as the subject matter expert for tour marketing across all cross-functional teams.
This role is responsible for developing and managing the necessary digital and traditional marketing channels to execute the marketing strategy. They collaborate with cross-functional teams on experimentation, targeting, and optimization to drive tour bookings and attendance. This role also owns the end-to-end campaign execution process to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. A successful candidate has digital marketing experience, demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, and experience delivering results through programs that reach diverse audience segments at scale with an aptitude for data analysis. Being able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and prioritizing work is essential, as is a mind for innovation and learning through testing.
Key job responsibilities
\tManage tour location launch campaigns from development through execution by working closely with all relevant stakeholders
\tDevelop and optimize marketing placements across channels as outlined in the GTM strategy
\tCollaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop, build, and refine the targeting required for all placements and manage the ongoing maintenance and optimization of audience segments
\tTrack campaign success and share learnings with all stakeholders
\tProvide input on test ideas to optimize marketing performance based on conversion data
\tPartner with all stakeholder teams to discuss tour booking goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies for your portfolio
A day in the life
As our Tours Marketing Manager, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across our global operations. Your day might include analyzing booking data from international locations, collaborating with facility teams on new tour programs, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the product team and international communications stakeholders to develop compelling content that brings complex robotics concepts to life for diverse audiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) and using data to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and multichannel advertising
- A proven track record of owning marketing strategies that directly impact business goals
- Experience effectively communicating information in spoken and written form
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Strong communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to leadership
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Experience working in tourism, technology, or education industries
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
- International marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
