Reports To: Director of Growth Strategy

Salary: $90,000

Summary
Sitting within the BISA division of PAU and reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy, the Marketing Manager, Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS) is a unique opportunity to define the marketing vision and acquisition strategies for a premium brand in a fast-growing educational sector. With support from the leadership team, this role will be developing and implementing our growth strategies for CAPS: performance marketing and demand gen, conversion rate optimization, owned and organic channels (including the website), and audience analysis.
We are a fully distributed team with an established, effective remote working culture. We're looking for an experienced marketer who can grow alongside us.

- In collaboration with the Director of Growth Strategy and the leadership team, execute the vision for growth in the organization: building and executing on strategies to grow CAPS.
- Develop messaging, positioning, personas, and sales enablement collateral specific to our professional studies program offerings
- B2C: Accountable for setting and achieving performance marketing goals across paid and unpaid market channels, website performance, and social media
- Funnel/Conversion rate optimization and testing
- Organic lead gen and SEO/content marketing
- Paid lead gen
- Barter partnerships
- Affiliate marketing
- Email marketing
- B2B: Sales enablement collateral
- Contribute to a sophisticated data engine for the Growth team
- Empower both the team as well as the division with regular insights from marketing analytics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence projects
- Manage marketing contract resources and/or external firms against goals and deadlines as needed
- Prioritize work and manage time effectively in a remote environment - while helping the organization build an effective, agile culture
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in consulting, performance marketing, lead generation, or other data-driven fields
- Experience directly managing one or more of the following: paid social marketing, search engine marketing, site optimization, email marketing
- Ability to write messaging as well as final copy for marketing materials
- Experience managing contract resources and a team budget, or a vision of how to manage the right way
- History of making business decisions with quantitative rigor and adept in supporting skill sets such as: Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with leadership teams and managing external stakeholders
- Project management experience, including setting project objectives, developing a road map, and using tools to drive success of initiatives
Nice to haves:
- Experience with digital education products
- Volunteer or professional experience in mental health, public safety
- Experience with our technology stack: Hubspot, Thinkific, Accredible, GSuite, Airtable, GA4, Looker Data Studio
- 2+ years experience working fully remotely
