We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (B2B) to drive marketing strategies that support global sales teams, enable business acquisition, and foster strong co-marketing partnerships. This role is essential in creating tailored strategies to secure new business while supporting existing partner relationships. A strong background in enterprise partnerships, lead generation, event strategy, and product marketing is required. Strong understanding of Consumer Cyber Security solutions, experience with Tier 1 telecommunications (telco) and financial institutions, is highly preferred. This role supports new business opportunities within the Americas (US, Canada & LATAM), as well as, Europe.

The estimated base salary for this role is $110-120k/year with commission plan. At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.

Key responsibilities:

Sales Enablement and Partnership Support
  • Develop high-impact marketing programs to support global sales efforts, focusing on new partner acquisition.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and pitch materials to drive conversions.

Event Strategy and Lead Generation:
  • Identify key industry events, design participation strategies, and lead end-to-end event execution to generate leads and build partnerships.
  • Evaluate new event opportunities and trends to maximize visibility and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure seamless marketing execution.
  • Partner with technical teams to effectively communicate product features and integrations (e.g., API/SDK capabilities).

Analytics and Optimization:
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts based on data insights.
  • Present actionable insights to internal teams and partners to drive strategic decisions.

Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing roles with a focus on sales enablement, partnerships, and product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer cyber security features and associated customer experience
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, event management, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Knowledge of co-marketing strategies, enterprise go-to-market planning, and partnership dynamics (B2B2C experience preferred).
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside sales, design, and product teams.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign success.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's preferred).

Though we work mostly in a remote setting, this role may require travelling up to 25% (may also include international travel).
