About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in customer acquisition and CRM marketing. This is not a generalist marketing role - we are looking for someone who understands the full customer lifecycle and knows how to drive meaningful results through data-driven strategies, targeted campaigns, and deep expertise in digital performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing customer engagement through segmentation, automation, and personalized content.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM and Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce required), including lead scoring, segmentation, and automation. Experience with Salesforce AI is highly preferred.
- Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase client acquisition through targeted campaigns and optimized funnel performance.
- Campaign Development: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid media, social, etc.) focused on lead generation and conversion.
- CRM and Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to enhance customer segmentation, lead scoring, and personalized engagement.
- Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization: Track and analyze marketing performance (CPA, LTV, conversion rate) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- SEO and SEM: Oversee website optimization to improve search visibility and organic traffic; manage paid search campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Performance Marketing: Manage digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
- Retention and Re-engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value through targeted communication and offers.
- Social Media Strategy: Oversee content strategy, audience engagement, and social media advertising to build brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and adjust marketing tactics to stay ahead of market trends.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on customer acquisition and performance marketing.
- Industry Background: Experience in the legal profession is highly desirable; candidates with a background in professional services or high-touch B2C industries will also be considered.
- CRM Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce AI or similar AI-driven CRM solutions is highly desirable.
- CRM Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation systems.
- Data and Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing CPA, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
- SEO and SEM: Deep understanding of search engine optimization and paid search strategies.
- Performance Marketing: Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, etc.) and driving measurable outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and social media management tools.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and project management methodologies.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; understanding how to engage Spanish-speaking clients is advantageous.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
