Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Utilize digital tools to increase brand awareness
- Design and lead multichannel digital marketing campaigns to increase the company's brand
- Spearhead a social media strategy using tools like short-form content, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to create moments that resonate with the industry audience
- Direct and oversee the creation of immersive digital content
- Increase brand growth by using next-gen tools such as Web3 integrations, predictive analytics, and immersive storytelling
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (social ads, Google ads, and influencers) using targeted algorithms and A/B testing
- Oversee the development and creation of short-form video content for various platforms such as Facebook and YouTube
- Modernize website UX with AI chatbots and personalized user journeys, and conversion-focused design
- Create email marketing campaigns using automation and segmentation
- Continuously learn and evolve with industry trends
- Review and report on marketing-related analytics
- Ensure brand consistency
- Manage and oversee marketing support staff
- Optimize internal workflows and processes
- Work with various internal teams and departments on initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent creative ability
- Expert understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and social media
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- dobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Expert knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- bility to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
- minimum of seven years of marketing experience with a proven digital marketing, social media, and branding track record
- Previous experience working in the energy or EPC industry is highly desired.
