Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team and plays a critical role in the commercial expansion of SAINT therapy. This individual will lead downstream marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and market expansion for Magnus Medical. By developing and executing integrated marketing plans across healthcare providers (HCPs), patients, and payors, the Marketing Manager will ensure strong brand positioning and engagement. Success in this role requires close collaboration with the field sales team, sales leadership, market access, Magnus customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to implement effective programs that accelerate awareness and adoption of SAINT therapy at both national and regional levels.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that leverage customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and promotional tactics to maximize awareness and adoption of SAINT therapy.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to different customer segments, ensuring clear differentiation of SAINT therapy for HCPs, patients, and payors.
  • Strengthen and evolve the Magnus Medical and SAINT brands by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and strategic positioning across all channels.
  • Create and implement targeted sales and educational tools to equip the field sales team with resources that drive adoption, increase utilization, and expand the market.
  • Lead market development initiatives including product and brand awareness campaigns, regional PR and media opportunities, and event/meeting sponsorships to engage key stakeholders.
  • Accelerate adoption of SAINT therapy through coordinated marketing efforts, patient and physician education programs, and initiatives that enhance patient access.
  • Plan and execute medical education programs designed to increase awareness, understanding, and advocacy for SAINT therapy among HCPs.
  • Develop and deliver impactful training content for the field sales team, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and commercial goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, identify competitive opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Clinical and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive conference and tradeshow strategy that maximizes brand presence, engagement and awareness.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, including monitoring market dynamics, producing competitive analyses, and developing strategic response plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including corporate governance, FDA regulations, and internal policies, securing necessary approvals for content.


Skills and Qualifications
  • An accomplished marketing professional with more than 3 years of experience in the medical device industry that includes robust downstream marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading market development efforts to drive product adoption
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing collateral development and approval processes
  • Excellent presentation skills and extensive experience presenting to clinical staff and sales team members.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing Teams, Operations, Clinical, R&D and Customer Service required.
  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or Neuromodulation experience is a plus.


Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000 Annually

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Magnus' compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Magnus utilizes the full width of the range.
