About the position:

The Marketing Operations Manager will focus on optimizing marketing processes and technologies, enhancing campaign performance and reporting, and ensuring data-driven decision-making through analysis. You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with various teams to support marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:

Process Optimization:
  • You'll be the architect of our marketing workflows, continuously analyzing each step of the campaign execution process. By identifying bottlenecks and redundancies, you'll introduce solutions that drive greater efficiency, enabling the team to launch campaigns faster and more effectively. Your role will also involve establishing best practices and refining processes to ensure scalability as the business grows.

Data Management:
  • You will oversee the management and optimization of our marketing database, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and up-to-date. This involves developing protocols for data entry, segmentation, and enrichment while adhering to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). You'll implement strategies to enhance the quality and usability of data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.

Campaign Execution:
  • Working closely with the marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, notably in the realms of email and performance

Technology Utilization:
  • As the gatekeeper of our marketing technology stack, you'll ensure our tech stack is fully optimized to support lead generation, nurturing, and reporting activities. You'll assess and integrate new tools as needed to improve operational efficiency. You'll also work closely cross-functionally to troubleshoot any technical issues and manage integrations across platforms.

Reporting & Analysis:
  • You will be responsible for creating comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives. You'll conduct regular reviews, sharing recommendations with the team to refine future strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • In this role, you'll act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments like sales, product, and account management. By aligning marketing initiatives with broader business goals, you'll ensure smooth coordination and communication across teams.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficient in Hubspot (Marketing Automation) and extensive experience in CRM systems
  • Experience with Zapier a plus
  • Excellent project coordination abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
