Description

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Marshall+Sterling, you'll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives that support our mission of empowering customers to predict, prepare for, and preempt risk-so they can focus on what matters most. You'll work on campaigns that not only highlight our commitment to creating a safer and more secure future but also ensure that everything runs smoothly and achieves impactful results.   • Develop, implement, and maintain multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, print, sponsorships) that drive lead generation, deepen client engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Champion marketing technology and AI innovation by taking ownership of our marketing platforms-including CMS, CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, and email software-to streamline workflows and elevate campaign performance.
  • Track campaign performance, uncover meaningful trends, and use those insights to guide smarter decisions and drive meaningful growth.
  • Partner with sales, service teams, and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals and client needs.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet industry regulations while continuously looking for opportunities to innovate within the insurance and financial services space.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications operations, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency with key marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce (marketing automation), WordPress (content management), Emma (email marketing), and Google Analytics (data visualization).
  • Strong project management capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana and Mojo to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with current trends, compliance standards, and regulatory considerations in the insurance and financial services sectors.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000, based experience and education.
