About the role

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to ensure operational excellence and drive marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, manage, and enhance MarTech tools and processes, facilitating seamless operations and supporting our marketing strategy. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies both at the corporate and local level, ensuring alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.

How does this role make an impact?

Provides direction and ensures data quality and consistency across marketing platforms and systems (e.g., lead type/source)
Provides direction and ensures tech and data solutions that are compliant with regulations, internal guidelines, and risk expectations; stays up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, provides recommendations for improvement.
Maintains overall accountability ensuring marketing teams are compliant with privacy and Do Not Solicit rules and regulations.
Manages field support team and ensures proper resources for training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, key performance metrics, and dashboards.
Manages marketing expense tracking, analyzing vendor contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and making recommendations to senior leadership.
Directs the marketing technology landscape to include: best practices, tools and vendor recommendations, business requirements, business analysis, tool implementations, and infrastructure.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing operations and business objectives.
Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.
  • Leadership and team management: Strong leadership abilities to lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the marketing operations function.
  • Process improvement mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining, continuously seeking ways to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present complex information to diverse audiences, and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and software, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Marketing strategy alignment: Understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to align marketing operations with strategic objectives, ensuring that processes and technologies support and enhance marketing initiatives.


Base Pay Range:
$109,600-$150,700

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
