Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of marketing programs, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Set project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
- Develop and maintain reports on program performance for upper management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and program effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing-related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and operational frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to develop and present reports to senior leadership on project progress and outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel and Quicksight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading global marketing initiatives within a large-scale organization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, performance tracking, and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
