The Marketing Strategy Manager will report to the Sr. Director, VMHS Portfolio Strategy & Marketing Operations. The role will play a key role in helping to drive and execute the strategic priorities of the division.

The role will focus on enhancing operations, efficiencies and strategic execution across the VMHS portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in the implementation of key strategic initiatives to support the success and continued growth of our business, and will work cross functionally to ensure collaboration and flawless execution across strategic and operational workstreams. This position will partner closely with the VMHS marketing teams and other key cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director, VMHS Portfolio Strategy & Marketing Operations & VMHS LT to understand and implement processes to ignite profitable growth, fuel innovation, and drive efficiencies within the organization
  • Ensure the execution of the VMHS portfolio strategy, maximizing Brand impact while reducing overlap and identifying white space opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison and conduit between the VMHS LT and the broader NHS organization
  • Own the project management of key initiatives by providing strategic direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met. These initiatives include: key executional efficiency/quality projects, sustainability initiatives, the annual and long term marketing planning process, and monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Leverage storytelling expertise to create compelling presentations and coordinate the collection of information for leadership presentations, annual marketing/brand building processes, and other critical workstreams
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams and ensure alignment with goals, directions and deliverables
  • Streamline and execute engagement with organization in the development of key VMHS workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholder

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of functional marketing experience or strategy experience
  • Experience managing projects with a high degree of complexity and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully lead complex, strategic project work
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to write, share, present ideas articulately and convincingly
  • Ideally candidate will have commercial experience in existing category focus: VMHS, Hydration, and/or other Consumer Products
  • Experience with project management and data analytics preferred
  • Consulting or Strategy experienced a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited institution required; MBA/Master's degree preferred
