JMBM is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will oversee the maintenance and optimization of our new Firm website and customer relationship management (CRM) system. They also will play a key role in the implementation and expansion of other Firmwide marketing technology initiatives. The Specialist will play a critical part in enhancing the Firm's digital presence and streamlining client engagement through technology. Essential Duties
  • Harness your research skills to evaluate and recommend new marketing products to enhance business development and branding efforts.
  • Lead training initiatives for the CRM system to get attorneys actively using it to track contacts, interactions, and business development activities.
  • Draw on your industry expertise and stay informed on legal industry website trends and digital best practices, recommending new features and improvements to keep the firm's online presence competitive.
  • Apply your analytical skills to track, report on, and assess website data to create actionable business development tasks.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors for technology-related services such as website design, site performance, CRM bugs, system updates, and user access.
  • Ensure brand consistency while designing graphics, handouts, proposals, attorney holiday cards, pitch packets, and other promotional materials to support Firm initiatives. Employ creativity in the design of these materials and suggest new ideas.
  • Utilize your project management skills to maintain project timelines, attorney requests, and stakeholders' meetings.
    Collaborate with peers and the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer to assist with client alerts, blog posts, social media posts, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.
  • Supplement the effectiveness of other administrative departments, such as HR and Recruiting, by assisting with marketing efforts related to diversity and talent-focused events.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing technology experience required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and external vendors.


Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $80k - $95k base
