Responsibilities:

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 22 clients per week
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and healthcare professionals
• Offer crisis intervention support as needed
• Optionally lead group therapy sessions if interested
• Stay current with research and share insights with the team
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress

• This role involves working with individuals, couples, and families in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• We welcome licensed and temporarily licensed professionals in Iowa, including: Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychologists

Qualifications :

• Licensed in Iowa (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)-temporary licensure also considered
• Experienced-minimum 3 years leading individual or group therapy
• Skilled in Family Systems Therapy (or eager to learn)
• Passionate about personal growth and ongoing learning
• Strong communicators, able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Committed to holistic, lasting healing
• Entrepreneurial-minded, excited about shaping something exceptional
• We handle the business side of things so you can focus on what matters-your clients.

Benefits :

• Commission-Based Pay:
• Non-licensed therapists: 50% commission
• Fully licensed therapists: 60-70% commission (based on experience)
• Annual earning potential: $75,000 - $90,000+
• Location: Hybrid remote in Ankeny, IA 50023 (relocation required before starting)
