Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) to lead and support enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities for cost savings, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of data-driven problem-solving techniques, demonstrate exceptional leadership and coaching skills, and serve as a catalyst for cultural transformation toward continuous improvement.
As a strategic leader, the Six Sigma Master Black Belt will manage key projects, mentor and train Black Belts and Green Belts, and work cross-functionally to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires strong project management experience, analytical acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex Lean Six Sigma projects across commercial, administrative, and manufacturing areas.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
- Utilize advanced statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data, identify root causes, and solve problems.
- Maintain a project portfolio, monitor performance, and report status to leadership regularly.
- Coach and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts on Six Sigma tools, project execution, and leadership skills.
- Develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs to build internal capability and drive cultural change.
- Establish and support a certification program for Belts to ensure continuous development and deployment of quality talent.
- Promote adherence to Six Sigma standards and documentation throughout the organization.
- Work closely with operations, engineering, quality, finance, commercial teams, and senior management to ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and value stream mapping sessions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership in evaluating business processes and recommending improvement strategies.
- Develop and present strategic plans and improvement roadmaps to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance data using Minitab or similar statistical software to identify trends and drive data-based decisions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvements and Six Sigma project outcomes.
- Track project benefits and validate financial impact with appropriate stakeholders.
- Report on project status, savings, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Promote Lean Six Sigma thinking and behaviors across departments and functions.
- Support change management efforts through clear communication, engagement strategies, and leadership alignment.
- Ensure that improvement efforts are sustained and integrated into daily business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
- Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt is required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading projects across commercial, administrative, and manufacturing functions is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable, sustainable process improvements.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Skilled in using Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

- Exposure to manufacturing environments including noise, temperature fluctuations, and machinery is expected during site visits.
