Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce customer master data governance policies.
  • Define and manage processes for creating, updating, archiving and removing customer records.
  • Lead data quality initiatives, including audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Monitor and optimize data quality metrics.
  • Align data integration strategies across CRM, ERP, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Establish and maintain customer account hierarchical relationships.
  • Educating stakeholders and users on data governance policies, standards and handling practices
  • Provide efficiency and oversight in the steps required to streamline and standardize processes

Team Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Strategic thinker that can evaluate current systems and processes and define best in class future state processes that will advance our operational capabilities through data while improving our customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with PEXNA IT for governance, compliance and quality around IT related applications and projects
  • Define the target system requirements and data integrity, data flow
  • Process definition and system knowledge and capabilities of SAP, SFDC, Anaplan, PowerBI
  • Understand the data requirements of a transaction and the system
  • Decision making capabilities that align to the corporate strategic initiatives

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • 3+ Years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality management
  • Strong understanding of customer data in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication tools (e.g., DemandTools, Cloudingo, OpenRefine)
  • Proficiency in ETL and data integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Atlassian tools; Jira and Confluence
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Competencies:
  • Kaizen or related, capable facilitation and track record of problem-solving
  • Working with our PMO, and other business groups, to communicate and support various project initiative
  • Proactive and effective problem-solving capabilities to handle potentially complex problems and resolve conflicts
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to frequent changes in environment, priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
  • Experience with significant cultural, organizational, and business process change efforts
  • Strong data management and process improvement skills
  • Experience with project management tools and/or software
  • Ability to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.


Communications:
  • Ability to define communication plans and execute effectively with other Panasonic staff, key customers, executive and project management staff.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel up to executive level both internally and within customer/supplier organizations.


Other Requirements:
  • Travel Requirement: 10 % travel to various locations in North America to meet with IT team or onsite for project execution. During large scale projects, the percentage could fluctuate. Adherence to corporate travel and entertainment policy is required.

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
