Working Conditions:
The salary range for this role is $75 to $95K a year and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.

HMTX Industries is seeking a talented Master Data Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Optimize Data Processes: Design, implement, and maintain master data management solutions to streamline operations and improve data quality.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Drive Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data quality.
- Troubleshoot Data Issues: Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
What You'll Need:
- Data Expertise: 4-7 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data modeling, data quality tools, and ETL processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and anomalies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience working in a global context, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility may be required to attend evening meetings, conference calls, or contribute additional work input outside of core hours.
- Work Setting: HMTX Corporate Headquarters, Norwalk, CT
- Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary, use of repetitive hand and wrist motions, must be able to maintain proper posture, must be able to lift, pull, or maneuver up to 25lbs
