Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team. The Master Data Analyst will manage data integrations across various platforms while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of contracts, customer and supplier data management, and data provisioning to internal systems. This role requires analytical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.

The Master Data Analyst will manage data integrations across various platforms while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. This role requires analytical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Data Integrations: Oversee and maintain integrations between various platforms, ensuring data is accurately and efficiently shared across systems.
- Customer and Supplier Data Management: Maintain and improve customer and supplier data quality, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Contract Data Analysis: Review and extract key information from contracts to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Intranet Data Provisioning: Provide accurate and up-to-date data to the company intranet to support internal business functions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT, finance, legal, and sales teams to align data management practices with business objectives.
- Data Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring best practices in data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Systems Administration and Support: Administer and support master data management platform.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies and integration errors in a timely manner.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and insights from master data to support strategic business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes, leveraging automation and industry best practices.
- Apps Development: Support, improve, and build existing and new solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Platform
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data management, integrations, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of master data management (MDM) principles and best practices.
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of contracts and legal data structures is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Workday (or other Financial ERPs), and Asana is required.
- Middleware system knowledge (Boomi, Mulesoft, Datacloud, etc.) a plus.
- Reporting and Business Intelligence system knowledge (Tableau, SF CRM Analytics, etc.) a plus.
- Interest in learning new technologies and contributing to deployment of new solutions.
