Master Scheduler with Security Clearance

Description:
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) for the organization.
* Analyze forecasts of customer needs, capacity to provide deliverables, and inventory levels to ensure deadlines are met and costs are contained to the maximum extent possible.
* Work closely with various functional teams such as software development, procurement, and customer service to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
* Monitor and report on the status of events scheduled and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand or capacity constraints.
* Interact with Mission Partners.
* Provide expertise in scheduling. Minimum Qualifications: * Proficient in MS Project or other project management software.
* Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field.
* 4+ years of relevant experience. * Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
* PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. Desired Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD programs.
* Experience supporting IT projects. Clearance Requirements: * Must have a current/active Secret security clearance. Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations."
