Business/Function Overview:

The primary responsibility of the US Formulation Master Scheduler is to effectively and efficiently manage a US Master Schedule for formulated products at all US Plant and Toll Manufacturers. This role will require coordination and communication with Manufacturing teams, Inventory, Supply, Demand, and Active Ingredient Planning groups to ensure accurate scheduling. Additionally, this role will review demand exceptions and coordinate on volume allocations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a balanced rolling 12-month US Master Schedule for formulated products at US Plants and Toll Manufacturers for global demand, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to maintain schedule stability and on time demand fulfillment.
• Communicate with Manufacturing teams, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Active Ingredient Planning to confirm production plans, deviations from plans, and respond to unexpected events.
• Lead the weekly Sales & Operations Execution meetings, ensuring all relevant issues are raised at the meeting and any follow-up actions or decisions are communicated back to the organization.
• Review demand exceptions from the Regional Demand Planners.
• Responsible for the overall accuracy of Planning Master Data, adhering to the Workflow process per the service level agreement.
• Deliver proposals on volume allocation involving NA region with the Regional Demand Planner, plant, and/or product line accounting for product segmentation, quality issues, supply disruptions, and manufacturing issues.
• Work with North America Leadership and Supply Planners to make decisions on volume allocation that involve multiple regions, plants, and/or product lines to account for quality issues, supply disruptions, and manufacturing issues.
• Execute the required Master Scheduling process in IBP and SAP to support Master Scheduling for US Plants and Tollers
• Monthly review of labor and capacity/line utilization plan to ensure we have the appropriate headcount to meet future demand.

Required Education:

• BA/BS in business or technical field
• 3-5 years SAP MRP
• APICS CPIM, preferred

• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple requests and priorities across multiple groups and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills to create effective interactions with multiple functional groups and levels of the organization, including the ability to present and sell ideas, plans and recommendations through strong personal influence building skills that lead to consensus decisions and plans.
• Experience in working cooperatively across multiple organizational groups and geographies to resolve system, process, financial, etc. issues
• Ability to determine the root cause of an issue and determine and implement corrective actions which address and solve the issue.
• Ability to create, implement, measure, control and improve processes with the proven ability to deliver measurable results
