As a Materials Management Analyst II hereat Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing thematerials management processes to ensure efficient and effective supply chainoperations. You will report directly to our Production SchedulingManager, and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location.

In this role, you will play a critical role in managing inventory levels,analyzing demand patterns, and implementing strategies to improve supply chainperformance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drivecontinuous improvement and ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze demand patterns and forecast accuracy to optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce lead times
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the materials management process

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,200- $108,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a generalguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control lawsand regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
