The Materials Supervisor will oversee site receiving, inventory control, and material management.
YOUR SKILLS
The salary forthis role is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faithanticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We mayultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salaryrange may also be modified in the future.

YOUR ROLE
The Materials Supervisor will oversee site receiving, inventory control, and material management.
- Supervise Receiver/Inventory Control Specialist and ensure that tasks are completed safely and on time.
- Be responsible to ensure business-level SQDIP goals are met (primarily responsible for inventory accuracy and material availability).
- Identify and realize opportunities to improve general receiving, excess and obsolete materials and cycle count accuracy results.
- Lead site annual Physical Inventory process to achieve target result based on annual Texas site reserve, maintaining physical inventory counts throughout the year.
- Ensure all material used during manufacturing is properly issued to the correct job.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent of work experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using SQDIP and Continuous Improvement mindset to manage and optimize business results by improving manufacturing KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years Leadership/Supervisory experience required.
- Minimum 3 years Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing facility.
- Minimum 1 year Inventory / Cycle Counting experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
