OhioHome Care Waiver (OHCW) case managers(CMA's) and Specialized Recovery ServicesProgram (SRSP) recovery managers (RMA's)
toassist individuals who qualify and are enrolled in the program in developing aPerson-Centered Service plan to identify services specific to their individualneeds.
Thescope of the resource's work includes Salesforce System development, workflowdesign & documentation and will also be working on linking with the currentODM's
Salesforceapplications.
