About the Role:

BNW Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Division Manager to lead a newly established division for our client in Las Vegas, NV. This role offers the opportunity to develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of the division's operations, projects, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial mechanical and plumbing projects, strong business acumen, and the ability to obtain a Nevada contractor's license.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits

Company vehicle or allowance provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the newly formed Mechanical & Plumbing Division within the company.
• Develop and define division goals, objectives, and operational procedures.
• Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee all commercial mechanical and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability across all projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.
• Participate in bidding, proposals, contract negotiations, and industry events.
• Represent the company in industry networking functions and events.
• Develop and manage division budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Track financial performance and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada contractor's license for Mechanical & Plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of leadership experience overseeing commercial mechanical and plumbing projects.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of profitably managing multiple $3M+ projects.
• Experience in business development, customer relations, and strategic growth.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to relocate to Las Vegas (Relocation assistance provided).
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Contractor's License for Mechanical & Plumbing.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
