Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Elkhart, IN (Onsite)
Duration: Contract/Full Time
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent
5+ years related professional experience
Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Solid Works, Creo, CATIA, NX 3D modeling and 2D drawing experience; certification preferred
MFA, FEA and CFD experience beneficial
Experience with GD&T and key characteristics assignment
Experience with injection molding, designing parts for injection molding and tooling
Experience with prototyping methods
Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency
Detail oriented with results driven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong hands-on mechanical and fabrication skills is a plus
Ability to excel in a team environment
