The candidate must be experienced in designing and manufacturing fixed process equipment. Experience with rotating equipment is also valuable. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with managing competing priorities.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee product execution at key suppliers, including scheduling, quality, and troubleshooting.
- Manage production metrics to ensure on time delivery and ability to meet forecasts.
- Support proposals with mechanical designs for new equipment.
- Support all aspects of system solutions, including proposals, supplier management, quality, commissioning, and startup.
- Maintain and update manufacturing drawings, material specifications, and design standards.
- Support product development through mechanical design of new equipment / new manufacturing processes.
- Support sales efforts with timely response to technical and commercial questions.
- Work with subcontract manufacturers / suppliers to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Knowledge and Skills:
- This position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with metal and fiberglass fabrication is preferred. Familiarity with welding and ASME/ASTM/ANSI and similar fabrication codes is a plus.
- Some domestic travel required ~10-15%.
- Candidate must have skills with MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, manufacturing personnel, and management.
