Job Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and integrating complex machinery and systems, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and safety standards. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, creativity in design, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Design: Develop detailed designs for machinery and mechanical systems, including 3D modeling and simulation.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components to ensure seamless operation.
  • Prototyping: Create and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, manuals, and reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and production staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design improvements and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine design and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience with project management and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
