Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Degree (Bachelors preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Salary Range 75K to 110K depending on experience
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and integrating complex machinery and systems, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and safety standards. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, creativity in design, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Design: Develop detailed designs for machinery and mechanical systems, including 3D modeling and simulation.
- Systems Integration: Integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components to ensure seamless operation.
- Prototyping: Create and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and production staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine design and systems integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with project management and technical documentation.
