This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
3% 401k based on base salary
8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial

Dental/Vision/Medical 100% coverage
Bonus
2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year

Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and project management for a variety of building types including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Use Revit proficiently and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam to meet client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate mechanical design, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other project-specific requirements.
- Engage in project coordination and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- 10+ years of experience in the Mechanical Industry.
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with plan spec or design-build expertise.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Mechanical design and project engineering skills.
- Experience with building design and understanding of building codes.
- Experience with Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
- P.E. License in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development within consulting or construction fields.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
