Join our excellent team as a per diem APP on the Medical Consult Service at The Brattleboro Retreat, a leading not-for-profit, regional specialty mental health treatment center in Southeastern Vermont. As a per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will join a dynamic team that provides medical consults for the patients we serve who have primarily psychiatric diagnoses.
NP or PA licensing is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, be flexible, and possess solid clinical skills. Extremely competitive reimbursement is offered for this position, with the possibility for joining the team full time in the future.

Job Summary: As an active member of the Medical Staff, is responsible for providing high quality, appropriate medical care to inpatient and residential program patients, in accordance with accepted Medical Staff standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have a degree from an accredited PA program and or NP program
2. Must have Vermont PA or NP license or be license eligible
3. Current DEA License
4. 1 year experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency care preferred
