About our Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center - Kenosha team:

Our WVRC-Kenosha team is a Specialty & Emergency facility located in the southeastern Wisconsin region, 65 miles north of Chicago and 30 miles south of Milwaukee.

Your role:

The Medical Director's primary role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care. This leadership position involves maintaining a positive, professional work environment and upholding the mission, vision, and values of our team. Working closely with the Hospital Director, you act as the medical subject matter expert, oversee the doctor team, and drive operational excellence.

What you bring to the table:

Must-haves:
  • Your DVM or equivalent degree, and your State of Wisconsin veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain it
  • Emergency medicine experience
  • Three to five years of leadership experience
  • Experienced in driving change
  • Masterful communication skills
  • Strong collaborator who works effectively with cross-functional teams

o $175,000.00 minimum salary, based on experience

o Top-of-market 25% production

o Generous annual management stipend

o A $25,000.00 signing bonus
