Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide medical diagnoses, treatments, and surgeries for a variety of animal cases.
- Lead the development and implementation of medical policies and procedures that align with industry standards and ensure excellent patient care.
- Mentor and guide the veterinary team, providing clinical support and fostering professional development.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring that all medical practices comply with ethical and professional standards.
- Engage with clients to provide clear communication about diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and oversee the maintenance of client relationships and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with prior leadership experience or a desire to take on a leadership role.
- A valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Arizona.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
